Zoom Session

RM150 per hour. One-to-one online support for pregnancy and birth options, navigating Malaysian hospitals or debriefing a previous birth. Extra time: RM75 per 30 minutes, payable right after the session. Choose an available online slot when booking.

WhatsApp Support Week

RM150 for seven consecutive days of pregnancy messaging support. Usually answered within 2 hours, no later than 24 hours; messages after 10pm may be answered the next day. Unused days are not carried forward. For pregnancy only, not during labour. Choose a start date; no time slot required.

TBAN Breastfeeding Counselling Home Visit

RM150 per hour plus travel (RM0.50 per km for the return journey, plus tolls). Provide your address and choose an available home-visit slot. Please make sure baby is hungry for assessment — direct latching only, no bottles right before the session.

Booking fee

The consultation fee confirms your session and is non-refundable.

Postponing

Postponing is free with at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, a RM50 postponement charge applies.

Missed sessions and no-shows

Missed sessions and no-shows forfeit the fee.

Home visits

Breastfeeding home visits add travel: RM0.50 per km for the return journey (there and back), plus tolls.
