Birth Doula Services
Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, hoping for a water birth, using medicated pain relief, or having a planned caesarean — my role is to hold space for your choices.
What a doula is — and isn't
Emotional support, labour guidance and information to help you navigate decisions. A doula does not replace your midwife, doctor or partner, provide medical advice or make decisions for you.
Prenatal, labour & postpartum support
One prenatal visit to prepare birth preferences and partner involvement. Early labour guidance by phone/text; continuous in-person support in active labour until 2 hours after birth, with comfort techniques and feeding guidance. Postnatal Visit (subject to availability) and one month of call and text support.
Working together
Start with a free 15-minute compatibility call, then agreement and retainer, prenatal visit, on-call period, active labour and postpartum support. On-call from 2 weeks before your due date until 10 days after, with check-ins every two days as labour approaches.
Investment — RM3,100*
A RM1,000 non-refundable retainer secures your dates. Balance due within 7 days after birth. Bookings after 34 weeks carry a late booking fee of RM150 per week and a retainer of RM2,500.

Frequently asked questions
What does a birth doula actually do?
A doula gives continuous physical and emotional support: before birth to plan your choices, during labour to keep you calm and comfortable, and after birth with feeding. A doula does not replace your doctor or midwife.
Do you support hospital births and inductions?
Yes: hospital births, inductions, planned caesareans and planned homebirths. The setting is your choice.
